What is the best strategy to handle these difficult situations? This presentation aims to highlight the technical skills as well as the soft skills needed to manage our most complicated cases, to leave our patients - and ultimately ourselves - satisfied with the care we provide.

Dr. Stefani Cheung was born in California and raised in Hong Kong. She returned to the United States of America, specifically to the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated magna cum laude, then went on to complete a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree with clinical honors. Subsequently, she completed a Master of Dental Surgery degree in Implant Dentistry from the University of Hong Kong, and an Implant Fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Stef also has a special interest in the use of microscopes for minimally invasive dentistry.
Outside the office, Dr. Stef is a certified coach at her local gym, and she enjoys swimming, snowboarding, wakesurfing, and being outdoors. Dr. Stefani joined Dr. William Cheung’s practice in 2014, and looks forward to giving people reasons to smile!
